Motion Control  – 20 mm Linear Stepper Motor!

Vaughan, Ontario, Canada — Motion Control  — Nippon Pulse is excited to introduce its smallest linear stepper motor yet, the PFL20 Linearstep. The PFL20 is a highly efficient, high thrust tin-can linear actuator with a 20mm diameter and a bipolar winding.

The motion control PFL20 is RoHS-compliant, has a 30/60mm effective stroke, and can reach 6 N of force at 200 pps. With 24 steps per revolution, the lead screw has a 1.2mm thread pitch; the PFL20 also reaches 5V rated voltage, resistance of 33 Ohms/phase and inductance of 12mH/phase. Van Nuys, CA – Motion Control – Components -– Moticont has released the miniature GVCM-016-019-01M Linear Voice Coil Servo Motor.  Smaller in diameter than a US Dime this 15.9 mm (0.625 in.) diameter Servo motor, also called an Electric Cylinder, features a high force-to-size ratio of 1.5 N (5.3 oz) continuous force and 4.6 N (16.6 oz) of peak force.  The compact housing is just 19.1 mm (0.63 in.) long and in the fully extended position the shaft extends 20.0 mm (0.79 in.) beyond the face of the housing.  The end of the shaft has an M2.2X0.45 thread by 4.0 mm long for backlash free connections.

(OES) has introduced the XYR-300-400 Alignment Stage offering +/- 3 micron accuracy for industrial, medical, semiconductor, production, research, and laboratory applications.  The XYR-300-400 Alignment Stage features +/- 15 mm of travel in the X and Y axes and +/- 5 degrees of rotation (theta). It moves in XY-plane and rotates around the center of the XY-plane.
