Santa Clarita, CA - The motion control 3 phase brushless (or AC servo) linear motor from H2W Technologies are ideal for long stroke, closed loop servo, linear motion applications. They can be used at speeds up to 240 in / sec [6 m / sec]. They are capable of very precise position, velocity and acceleration control when coupled with a linear encoder.
The 3-phase coil assembly can be commutated trapezoidally using integral Hall Effects or sinusoidally using software commutation in conjunction with the appropriate motion controller and sinusoidal amplifier.
The short encapsulated moving coil assembly moves thru a gap in the long "U" shaped magnet assembly. A customer supplied bearing system is required to guide the moving coil assembly and to maintain a .025" [0.63 mm] clearance between the magnet and the coil assembly.

Accepting any 24 Volt DC source, including battery power, this robust, „ SEALED‟ DC Gear Motor/Brake measures just 2.25” (max) Diameter, by 9.0” long, and has a keyed output shaft of 12mm diameter by 25mm long. New Brushless, Motion Control Flat DC-Micromotors In Two Diameters From Faulhaber - MicroMo
Clearwater, Florida - MICROMO expands its line of FAULHABER motion control flat DC micromotors. The two new offerings provide diameters of 15mm and 26mm. The DC micromotors provide robustness and electronic commutation. With nominal voltages of 6 or 12 volts, the 15 mm diameter motor provides a continuous output torque of 0,6 mNm. The 26 mm diameter version provides output of 3,8 mNm. Also, the output torque can be increased up to 30 or 100 mNm with gearmotor versions of the new drives.
The electronic commutation is based on three digital hall sensors. Free of cogging, the motors are characterized by smooth operation, high efficiency and long operational lifetimes.

New Maxon's Motion Control RE 50 - An Extremely High Density 200 W Power Pack!
Maxon’s RE 50's "heart" is, as with all mechanically commutated maxon motor drives, the ironless rotor, which results in detent-free running and minimized mass inertia. The combination of a two-pole Neodymium permanent magnet with the patented maxon winding technology results in high torque and remarkable acceleration.
The motion control drive measures Ø50 x 108 mm and is available with four different windings. It reaches a nominal torque of up to 0.38 Nm, a nominal speed of 2800 to 5700 rpm and an efficiency of more than 90%.
